- I’m so weighted down with inventory I’m unable to move forward.
OK, I’ll admit it: I’ve got no willpower when it comes to getting a “deal” on things related to my business. Trouble is, all I have to show for my “good deals” is a load of merchandise with no place to call home. It’s time to either cut the fat or get down to brass tacks and use it as business fuel. As to how that’s done, I really don’t know.
- The thought of losing my biggest client is stressing me out.
I’ve always heard it’s good advice not to put all your eggs in one basket, but with one particular client that’s just how it’s evolved. The better I service them, the more they account for a higher percentage of my business. But if I lose that client, I fear my business would be toast.
- Help! I can’t take a breather or even enjoy a long weekend without checking my business on all my mobile devices.
It must be true what they say: that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy because my wife would just love it if I could chill for a change. I should be able to, but I can’t – and I’m stretched to the limit. I need to get the right people and processes in place so that I can get off of the treadmill.
